Adopts high-strength cast iron cylinder block with precision machining, the surface is treated with anti-corrosion and anti-wear coating, which effectively resists the impact of high temperature and high pressure during operation, reduces deformation and extends service life. The aluminum alloy cylinder head has good heat dissipation performance, with integrated water channel design, which ensures uniform heat dissipation, avoids local overheating damage, and improves the stability of the engine in long-term high-load operation. The cylinder head gasket is made of high-temperature resistant and oil-resistant composite material, which has strong sealing performance, effectively preventing oil leakage and water leakage.
2. Fuel System Details
Equipped with high-precision electronic fuel injection system, the injection pressure is stable at 1800-2200bar, which can atomize fuel more fully, improve fuel utilization rate, and reduce fuel consumption by 8%-12% compared with traditional engines. The fuel filter adopts double-layer filtration design, which can effectively filter impurities and water in the fuel, protect the fuel injector and other precision parts from wear, reduce maintenance frequency, and ensure the smooth operation of the fuel system.
3. Cooling & Lubrication System Details
The cooling system adopts a large-flow water pump and a high-efficiency radiator, which has strong heat dissipation capacity, and can quickly reduce the engine temperature in high-temperature environments (such as summer or high-load operation) to keep the engine working at the optimal temperature (80-90℃).
