Its three axle layout can usually carry 35-60 cubic meters of materials, with a single transport volume much higher than that of ordinary trucks, significantly reducing unit transportation costs. The pneumatic unloading speed can reach 1-3 tons/minute, which shortens the unloading time by more than 60% compared to manual or mechanical loading and unloading, reducing vehicle turnover and waiting time. The entire process from loading to unloading is transported in a closed pipeline, avoiding material loss and intermediate links, and improving logistics efficiency.

The three axles evenly distribute the load, resulting in lower single axle load and minimal damage to the road surface, while ensuring the stability of the vehicle in complex road conditions.

The tank body is made of wear-resistant alloy steel or aluminum alloy material, which is corrosion-resistant and impact resistant

The tank body adopts a welded seal and manhole cover rubber gasket design, completely isolating rainwater and dust, avoiding material agglomeration and deterioration, especially suitable for moisture sensitive cement and fly ash.

During unloading, a pipeline is used to connect with the material bin, and the entire process is closed to solve the dust pollution problem of traditional bulk transportation, which meets the requirements of environmental protection policies.

Equipped with ABS anti lock braking system, automatic brake clearance adjustment arm, emergency air reservoir, etc., in compliance with road transportation safety standards

Material transportation: mainly transporting powdered/granular bulk materials such as cement, fly ash, lime powder, flour, mineral powder, etc., to achieve efficient transfer from production plants to construction sites, mixing plants, or storage points.

Pneumatic unloading: Equipped with an air compressor and air delivery system, the material in the tank is fluidized through compressed air and directly transported from the bottom pipeline to the silo/storage tank without manual loading and unloading.

Sealed storage: The tank has a fully enclosed structure to prevent moisture, pollution, or dust from affecting the material, meeting environmental and material quality requirements.
