Skeleton Semi Trailer

Skeleton trailer built with high-tensile steel, the frame features a robust I-beam longitudinal structure and stamped cross beams. Equipped with standard twist locks, the trailer securely accommodates 20ft, 40ft, and 45ft ISO containers, supporting both single and dual container configurations. It can also adapt to specialized tanks and refrigerated containers, making it suitable for ports, terminals, and long-haul routes.

The frame is welded with Q345B high-strength steel, the longitudinal beam is an I-beam structure, and the transverse beam adopts groove stamping technology. The whole vehicle has a light weight and high torsional strength

The frame is equipped with a standard twist lock device, which can quickly fix 20/40/45 foot standard containers and support single/double box loading. Some models are compatible with specialized boxes such as dangerous goods tanks and refrigerated containers

Open skeleton design, combined with cranes and front cranes, can achieve rapid container lifting/unloading without the need for manual loading and unloading of goods

The key components are matched with well-known brands, and the axles, suspension, and braking systems are stable and reliable, which can maintain stable performance even during long-term high-intensity operation

1. Standard container transportation

Suitable for standard sea/land containers such as 20/40/45 feet, the box body is fixed by the torsion lock device on the frame, realizing road transportation from ports, logistics parks to factory warehouses, and can also transport specialized equipment such as dangerous goods tanks and containers.

2. Multimodal transportation connection

As a "highway segment carrier" for transportation scenarios such as sea land intermodal transport, rail road intermodal transport, and China Europe freight trains, containers can seamlessly circulate between ships, railways, and highways without the need for unpacking or reloading, greatly improving logistics efficiency.

3. Adaptation to special scenarios

It can be used for short distance container transportation in ports/yards, cross-border road transportation, and logistics park transfer. Some modified models can also transport large goods such as steel coils and prefabricated components.

Packaging And Transportation
